Shipping & Delivery
How long for my item to be shipped?
Place all orders by 2PM eastern time to be shipped on the same day of purchase. We ship orders out DAILY (Monday-Friday)! Please allow 1-2 business days all orders to be processed, fulfilled and sent from our facility to the post office. Once you've received your tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update.
Shipments within the U.S range between 1-5 business days, depending on your location. International shipments range from 1-4 weeks, depending on location.
Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for your order to be processed during promotional sales.
Which carrier we use to ship?
We ship all orders via USPS.
Please note that we are working as fast as we can to meet all delivery on time but sometimes there may be delays. This can happen for many reasons including but not limited: postal/courier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you posted on any delays on your package as much as possible.
The risk of loss for products purchased from us passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Return Policy
General rules returning an item:
- return your item in the original packaging
- submit your return within 14 days after receiving your package
- only return the wrong/faulty item
- wear underwear when trying them on
- not remove any labels or tags
DIRTY/WORN CLOTHING OR MISSING PIECES TAGS/LABELS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Please email [email protected] to get your return approved first, before shipping back your item.
Please note: return fees are being deducted from your refund.
PLEASE NOTE: The package must be sent within 1 week of receiving the return approval email. Please email the tracking number to us in order to confirm the shipment. If an email not received from you, we will cancel the return.
